Tent Camping –
£12.00 per person per night.
£5.00 ages 5-15 per night (under 5’s free)
Motorhomes/Campervans/Tourers/Trailer tents –
Price per Pitch ( with or without using electric hook-up) –
2 Adults £27.00 per night
Additional adult £7.00 per night
Additional child ( 5 -15) £5.00 per night
Charge for single person on a pitch – £20.00 per night
Awning ( full size) £2.00 per night
No charge for dogs
No extra charge for extra vehicle/trailers but please let us know in advance.

We ask for a £50 deposit on booking which is non-refundable . ( Customers are advised to take out their own travel/cancellation insurance). The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
Overseas visitors please enquire for more information on deposit payments.
Hut prices start from £60 per hut per night based on 2 people sharing, please see individual hut listings for all information. Full payment is due on booking and is non-refundable . ( Customers are advised to take out their own travel/cancellation insurance).
Please note , card payments are taken at point of sale only. Deposit payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect the Government advice at the time.
Please take the time to read our terms and conditions prior to booking.
The person whose name appears on the Booking Form agrees to take full responsibility for ensuring that all members of the party adhere to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
The number of people occupying any one property is limited to that stated on the website, no additional persons may be added to the booking without prior consent. No single sex group bookings.
Huts and campsite customers – full payment due on booking.
Caravan bookings -Balance payment for your holiday is due 8 weeks in advance of the commencement of your holiday. Payment should be made by Bank Transfer to the bank details provided at the time of booking. Failure to pay the rental charges will result in us treating the property as available for re-booking.
Please notify us of any cancellation in writing, an email to firstname.lastname@example.org will suffice.
Should the Property, subsequent to booking, become unavailable through any cause, you must accept that our liability is limited to the amount of any rent paid.
If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL TO MULL.
Should you become unwell whilst you are staying in our accommodation we ask that you follow government advice and travel home immediately. If you are unable to travel and are forced to isolate in the property then your accommodation will be charged at the advertised rate for the length of time you must isolate based on government advice. A period of 72 hours after your departure must also be paid for, again based on our published rates.
We welcome pets to a limited number of our caravans. Please ensure that they do not go on the beds or soft furnishings and that they are not left unaccompanied in the caravan. Please ensure that pets are treated for worms and fleas prior to your stay.
You accept that the responsibility for personal property of guests occupying the accommodation is solely theirs. All vehicles are also left at the guests’ risk. Guests agree to absolve us of any responsibility for any accident or mishap to persons or property whilst on the premises or whilst engaged in any activity therein, or from any illness or injury arising from any causes whatsoever.
You agree to use the Property solely for its intended purpose as self-catering accommodation and to accept our right to refuse to hand over the Property to any person deemed unsuitable to take charge. Causing a nuisance or disturbance to other guests or unreasonable behaviour may result in us requesting you to leave.
You agree to allow us access to the Property at all reasonable times. We will only ever request access to your property in case of an emergency, e.g. a water leak.
You must respect and look after your accommodation during your stay and you must leave the Property clean and tidy. Please let us know of any damage or breakages so we can endeavour to repair or replace them for the next guests. Due to our location it is often a challenge to order replacements, so please tell us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or breakages.
